Extra Time - Event for Dads
Afternoon workshops for fathers of boys and girls on what they can do to reduce violence against women and girls. The session covered being a role model, positive and caring masculinity, tackling stereotypes, and calling out misogyny and sexism at home and in the community.

Inaugural session of a new initiative on men's mental health and support for male employees across council departments. An extended lunchtime launch that opened up the conversation, exploring the barriers to speaking up and how to move past Man Box conditioning.

Matchday Bystander Training
Virtual training for Stand Managers and Stewards on identifying and preventing inappropriate behaviour and sexual harassment before, during and after Premier League games. Women's attendance at football only grows when they feel safe, this prevention work helps the club build a matchday that works for everyone.

Allyship and Mentoring
Working with the women's mentoring group at global organisation Exolum, exploring how 18 mentors show up for the women they support internally, and what it takes to bring the next generation of women into leadership in the fuel logistics industry.

Keynote and workshops on team culture, leadership and reducing violence against women and girls. Practical tools for sports leaders on how to talk to their teams about male violence, along with bystander intervention techniques they can use straight away.
